I Must Garden has spent a great deal of time fully testing our products. If for any reason you are unable to get the products to work to your satisfaction please contact us. If after that you are still unsatisfied for any reason. I Must Garden will grant a full refund for the products that you purchased from I Must Garden, through www.imustgarden.com.
If you purchased your products through one of I Must Gardens Local retailer, we are sure that they have a similar return policy, and if they don't, I Must Garden will refund you the purchase price from that retailer when the refund request is accompanied by a receipt.
